$Paid On Time

Community partners

Working together on practical help for small business.

Paid On Time works with industry bodies, authorities and subject matter experts to share practical information with Australian small businesses. Our guides and tools are free for readers, and always will be. Community partners don't pay us and we don't pay them.

How it works

Our community partners

Listing is not endorsement. Partners are independent organisations, and links go to their own sites.

Who can become a partner

We work with industry and community bodies, associations, chambers of commerce, government authorities and recognised subject matter experts who help Australian small businesses.

Commercial firms in our 5 sponsor categories (invoice finance and business lending, accounting and bookkeeping, legal, debt collection and AR software) cannot be community partners; they can only take part as clearly labelled paid sponsors. Nor can anyone who wants to use a partnership to sell to our readers, or who asks for payment or a commission.

Guest guides

Partners can write an occasional guest guide for Paid On Time. Guest guides are practical, Australian, free of any selling and checked against official sources. Each one is tagged Community partner contribution: partner name on its card on our Guides page and at the top of the guide, has an author box with one link back to the partner, and carries no sponsor spots. Paid On Time has the editorial final say: we edit for accuracy, clarity and house style, and can decline or remove a guide.

Linking to us

Partners may use the Paid On Time logo with the line "Community partner: Paid On Time", linking to https://paidontime.org/. It must not suggest that we endorse their services or that we sponsor them.
